What We’re Looking For

  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
  • Assist Legal Counsel in managing the contracts repository and implementation of life cycle management system.
  • Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties such as Business functions, Regulators, External Counsel, and Public Authority.
  • Apply effective Risk Management Techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
  • Provide clarification on Legal Language or Specifications to the organization.
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation and case law; provide updates to counsels on any changes impacting the company.
  • Assist Legal and Compliance Counsel in conducting investigations and implement the Business Integrity program in Pakistan.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Work experience in the legal sector.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Contract drafting skills.
  • Ability to deal with complex matters involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Multitasking and management of senior stakeholders.
