• Provide legal support to sales, manufacturing and other business operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Advise on compliance, labor, corporate matters and manage legal risks.
• Manage litigation, disputes and support legal processes.

What We’re Looking For

• LLB or equivalent; admission to practice in Pakistan (preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong in contracts, corporate, labor & compliance.
• Good knowledge of Pakistani laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, commercial mindset & team player.

The Role

• Income tax, sales tax and withholding tax compliance, including returns and statutory filings.
• Notices, audits, assessments and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Appeals, written submissions and support on contentious tax matters.
• Research and advice on tax issues arising in client matters and transactions.

What We Look For

• At least 2 years of relevant tax experience in a law firm, tax practice or professional services environment.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills, with working familiarity with FBR processes and IRIS.
• Commercial judgment, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
