Associate (Litigation, with Advisory Exposure)

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role at the Islamabad office. The associate will primarily be a litigator, appearing before District Courts and, alongside senior lawyers, before the High Courts and the Supreme Court. Responsibilities include preparing pleadings and briefs, managing own case load, and dealing directly with clients. The role also involves advisory work such as contract review, opinions, negotiations, and client meetings. Travel to Peshawar, Lahore, and Karachi is expected.

Experience and Training

Experience is welcome; 1–2 years is ideal but not mandatory. New court workers will be attached to a senior for at least 3 months for training. Candidates must commit to at least 2 years with the firm.

Qualifications

• LL.B minimum; license to practice is a strong plus, license for High Courts stronger still.
• Bar-at-Law, solicitor qualification, or LL.M are nice to have.
