Associate – Projects, Energy & Infrastructure (Non-Contentious)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan — On-Site

Eligibility:

• 1+ year of post-qualification experience in transactional/corporate law
• Understanding of EPC Contracts, PPP Concession Agreements, O&M Agreements, bidding documents, etc.
• Experience in drafting legal opinions and research memorandums
• LLB from a reputed institution; LLM preferred

Role Involves:

Assisting with projects, advisory, privatisations and related mandates.
