The team of Criminal litigation and advisory is headed by Mr. Javaid Alam Ex Judge, Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC), National Accountability Bureau [NAB], District & Session Judge (West), Ms. Hina Javaid Advocate, Mr. Ahmed Advocate and Qurat-ul-Ain Advocate. He was promoted as District & Sessions Judge in April 1998 and also posted as Additional Law Secretary Draftsman Govt of Sindh, District & Sessions Judge Badin. Thereafter, he was appointed Judge of Accountability Court at Karachi by the President of Pakistan on 5-1-2000 for 3 years on deputation also held position of Administrative Judge Accountability Courts of Sindh. On completion of tenure repatriated and posted District & sessions Judge Karachi (west) on 16-5-2003 and remained till the age of superannuation 31-12-2006. Finally, he was appointed as Special Judge Anti-Terrorism Courts 2011 to 2019.
