In litigation related to immovable properties, we have an expertise to file and defend Suits for Specific Performance, Declarations, Cancellations, Injunctions, Possessions, Partitions including their Appeals, Revisions and Reviews etc. We have an excellent record to protect our client’s properties by obtaining restraining orders on immediate basis. In fact, we have protected numbers of properties of our overseas Pakistani clients by getting favorable orders from the Honorable Courts.
We have successfully challenged number of forged, fictitious and fabricated property document such as Gift Deeds, Family Settlement Agreement, Sale Deed, Wills etc. before the Court of law by filling suits for declaration, cancellation and permanent injunction. We have also expertise in recovering/restoring the possession of immoveable properties through court order.
We have also successfully obtained Succession Certificates, Letter of Administration, Probate of Will and Partition orders from the Honorable Courts.
Regarding rent matters, the firm provides advice and representation to both landlords and tenants in respect of their rights in applications to acquire the freehold of leasehold houses and lease extensions of both flats and houses. We also advised property owners on short-term lettings for investment purposes and prospective tenants on the terms of tenancy agreements for occupation.
